Default 883 iron wheels

they look killer IMHO. Sick part is I have those wheels in my garage, Just would need to powdercoat them black. Does anyone know if there is a way to fit my stock narrowglide front wheel to a 41mm wideglide front end. Then again I can just powder my narrowglide trees and lowers and bolt the old parts back up. Y'all think this idea might look better than what I currently have on the bike.

You have an 883 iron wheel in your garage? That looks killer?

Is 'the wheel you have now' the one pictured in your signature?

If so, then... it would be faaaaaar easier to powder coat the wheel you have now... rather than...'fit a stock narrowglide front wheel to a 41mm wideglide front end' or...

what every it is you're asking?????

those wheels on the 883 iron are the standard 10 spoke ones that came stock on the previous generation FXDC and lowrider. Mine are silver of course, the 883's are gloss black powdercoat. I have seen my thunderstar powdercoated gloss and it did not look all that good. The spokes to me are too thick for one single color.(I also do not like my wheel in the chrome version that is available either).
I probably won't do anything other than leave the bike as is, however, seeing the way the moco did those wheels had my head thinking, wow, I could do that to mine as well. I could also reinstall my original 39mm front end with the lowers and trees powdercoated gloss black then sell off the wheels and wide glide front I have now. I guess I was wondering what others might do.

The Iron wheels appear to be the same wheels as the 883 Low and 1200 Low wheels, with different powdercoat scheme.
