I have a set made by stanley and a set made by craftsman and both work well but I also change my bolts to allen as I go along. The best ones I have are the ones i use at work which are snapon but they are way to much to be buying just to work on a bike. If i was wanting a set to work on my bike i would get the sears ones or the stanley ones i got mine at walmart. the choice is yours.

If it's a full or low head cap screw, allens are good. But with button or flat head cap screws, torx are better. Reason is that the hex in a button or flat head is a size smaller that a full or low head and that can lead to stripped heads. The torx allows for more torque before stripping on the same sized button head.
