Just got my progressive kit from UPS today so i need these tips thanks....im going with the 2" drop. Do you need to add fork oil ?
had mine delivered today with UPS as well, haha...alot of riders buying those at the moment..
oil..don´t think you must add/replace oil....BUT the instructions says that to get best performance you should...
I´ll skip it for now myself, gonna paint my lowers later anyway...
i would like to go as low as possible...they recommend 1" or .5" but I´m gonna try to cut the PVC 10mm (3/8 i think it is in inches) and see what happens...
Yeah found mine on ebay for $79.00......the rear of my bike is barley 3" off the ground. I just want to get it level. Cant see the photo-shop image here at work...i'll check it out when i get home.
If you guys are going 2" down you'll really need to think about your jiffy stand. To be on the safe side it will need to be modified. If you don't you may have problems. I did. I took mine off, heated it and bent it to where I felt more comfortable.
