Did you or did you have to change out the throttle body to something a little larger to flow more air? In some of the research I've done over these past handful of months, most people are upping to a 50+mm throttle body. I've seen some builds using a 57mm TB.

Also, if you google "pdf to jpg" you should find some options to convert that file to a picture file. Would make it smaller too since then you'll be able to resize to whatever you want.

Hmm, I don't know about the larger TB. On a 103, the most you'd need would be to massage it a little, but stock would function fine as well. If you get too big, you'll hurt the TQ for a small gain in HP on the big end. Not worth it for me, but then again, it's not my scoot. Just sayin', it's all in what you want.

But, concerning the build, and numbers made, I'd think in this order, stingy dyno and then heads/cams combo.

Is the PCIII cable of handling engine mods of this caliber? A TTS mastertune or Tmax is more suited I'd think with being able to adjust timing tables more easily.

Did you do a before dyno as well?

Nice numbers! I'm sure mine are nowhere near that, but I'm just a 96ci with Stage I.

Try taking a screenshot of the PDF and shrink if need be. Or just take a screenshot and upload to photobucket!

Yup, these larger throttle boddies are worthless on 103 or smaller builds, loose too much velocity (low end torque) for a measly couple hp gain in the last 1000 rpms. They're great though if all you want is high rpm range power!

Thanks.

That cam is an unusual choice for a 103" build. Did you decide on it yourself or did someone recommend it for your build?

The reason I ask; I think the cam is why you have the low #s on your dyno sheet.

That is what the service manager recommended.

Why would that cam give me the low #'s?

Mike, when all was said and done, if you don't mind me asking, how much did you spend to gain what you did? Could you give a breakdown?
