Default Help with this relay!

Here's where I'm stuck..... Which terminals are which?

There's 5, one on each side and one in the middle, So is 30 the one on the right, 85 the one on top, 87a the one on the left, 87 the one in the middle and 86 the one on the bottom? Anybody know?

The middle don't get used.

Diagram is for orientation purposes only, don't connect per this diagram. Use instructions with horn for numbered posts to wires.

looks like you have a single pull double throw relay while your diagram shows a single pull single throw

Comparing this diagram to the color photo on the website for howards horns it appears that the 30 post on this diagram would also be the 30 post on your relay. Which would be to your + battery post. Armed with that info you should be able to map out the rest. I did my best to help with this but you're on your own with the spinners. LOL

30 and 87 are backwards. 87 is the perpendicular terminal. The rest are parallel.

you got a DVM?

If the terminals are not marked and you don't have a picture - then the only way to figure it out is with a volt-ohm-ammeter. As mentioned - this is a form c relay where the common (30) connects to 87a (normally closed) connection when static, but then connects to 87 (normally open) connection when energized. As long as there is not a diode in parallel with the coil - the polarity is not important there. If there is a diode then you have to get that connection correct as well. put your meter on ohms and find the coil (prolly 300-1000ohms) thats the first step.
