Gasket Service Kit P/N 17369-06
Has the 3 O-rings and the clutch cover gasket all for $2.80
Man I really could have used that info earlier today when I was trying to order o-rings and gaskets from the local indy shop. How many times can you reuse the derby cover gasket? I know you aren't supposed to, but delicate hands make it possible sometimes.

I reuse my derby orange oring gasket about 3 times. I also replaced those stupid torx screws with allen headed SS socket cap screws from true value for $2. Take one out and go match up the thread I think it is #20 3/4" long coarse thread but check. I torque them to 100 INCH lbs.
And check out Zanotti's HD on line for parts...usually 20% off. If you buy in quantity it makes sense for the shipping
you can pick up a little kit from the dealer with 3 o-rings and a new derby cover gasket for about 5 bucks. I'd say a little teflon tape or white loctite wouldn't be a bad idea.
You can get a 10 pack of o-rings at Lowe's, from their plumbing department. I believe the "size" is number 41. The number 40 will fit the Arlen Ness Big Sucker air cleaner housing/mounts where the banjo bolts go.

That's all I know for now...
that's good info. Just pick up a pack of those and re-use the derby cover gasket a few times.
