Default Drain Plugs

Doing an oil change in the next few days, just wondering if its better to use a thread locking glue on the drain plugs before i torque them back up again.
Searched the forum but couldnt find any answers.

Thread locker is important on HD's because of vibration etc, but I would not put it on anything that comes on and off at a regular interval such as drain plugs and such. I would be afraid I would not be able to get it out when I needed to.

I use white loctite on the threads. You can get it at autozone. It is a hydraulic teflon locker sealer. My bike had that on the drain plugs from the factory.

That's a good idea. I didn't know they made white Loctite. I might have to check into that...

Never thought to check my oil plugs for any sign of thread lock already on them.
Thanks all for your help.
