I thought they might be higher as well. It is what it is. Very satisfied with how the beast runs. Pulls just harder and harder as the RPM rises.
One great thing is the dealer sold me an 84 month unlimited mile warranty with it. He did say his two dealerships would likely be the only Harley shops who would honor the warranty. .... fair enough.
The build was over $ 5K all Harley SE Pro with SE 260 cams, CNC ported heads, 50 mm throttle bodies and injectors, 10.5 comp HTCC pistons, perfect fit pushrods, ugraded tappets, SE Pro Tuner, heavy duty starter, auto compression release, Heavy breather and D & D Fat Cats.
On a ride to and from California the dang thing got/ gets 50-55 MPG at 70-75 mph. That is almost as good as KLR 650mpg I had.
Have posted videos of it going from 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds and 0-100mph in 10 secs. I should think it capable, launched properly on reduced pressure tire capable of 11.5 - 11.75 second 1/4 mile.
I don't think it will have any trouble keeping up with about 99% of air cooled Harley's out on the road.

Reason: cams
Congrads Brother, This bike is a beast the HP & TRQ and power to weight ratio will kick azz . I like the warranty you got my budy's have built 2 103 " bikes A Fat Boy & Road Glide in the last month on brand new bikes but I bet they won't sleep as good as you do. They haven't got any miles on them yet to speek of to cold in Ohio be interesting to see where they dyno compaired to your beast...

The 260 cam holds a long line of near 100 ft lbs. Surely lesser duration/lift cams will give an earlier and higher peak, but then they peter out in the higher revs. I like being able to hold on to the gears until near the red zone when accelerating.
Here is my dyno pull with a stock 96" Twin cam dyno run superimposed......
Wow, I would have thought the stock numbers would be bigger. My 103" wasn't quite as much as yours. I got 90 HP and 103 TQ at about 4.5 rpms so know what you mean about holding all the way to the end (mine drops after peak). Still happy with mine; it has a ton left in the engine. Today I was up to 75 in 5th before I even realized it. It brings a smile to my face every time I get on it. I know that with your set up its got to feel great!
Enjoy!
This is a pull made before gettin tuned on my current build & before break in (99hp & 104tq), did the pull to make a couple adjustments for break in riding. After break in & tune it makes 101hp &108tq. Can't find my tuned pull that's why I'm posting this one. T-man's 590 cams are 590 lift, Intake close of 44, Intake duration of 246, Exhuast duration of 248. Has a pretty broad torque curve & hittin pretty hard down low for a 95, after tuned it's at 100tq at 3,000 rpm's & carries nicely for fairly short duration cams. This was tuned on a very well maintained dyno star by a preffessional & very reputable tuner, he told me other dynos would show higher #'s, so I had our local harley dealer make a pull on it & they show 104hp & 112tq. Big #'s but I trust my indy so I go with his #'s 101 & 108
