You can go through hdwheels.com and get them to build you a wheel for $600 plus.
You can buy a pre-built wheel through J& P Cycles or American Classic Motors for just under $500. The wheels have chrome hubs, spokes, nipples, and rims. They are going to rust and require lots of maintenance.
I paid about $100.00 for the rim from the dealer. I kept the original hub. Then walked from the dealer down the street to a custom shop and he laced it for 50.00. Had it powdercoated first with a bunch of parts. The rim powdercoated alone probably would have costed about 50.00
