A change of tyres will help your handling. I prefer Avons, but I also suggest you try a TrueTrack handling kit. That will cure the problem at source and then you can really get the best out of a change of tyres!
im in need of a new rear too and thinking of trying this - DUNLOP D205 170/60ZR17 Sport/Touring or maybe Michelin Macadam 50, 160/70-17
Ive run 2 k591s and Im not overly impressed with them - less than 8k each time no burnouts- I wouldnt mind trying a metz but jesus theyre expensive - what kind of mileage are guys getting on them?

I've run K591 Dunlops for 15 years on the Low Rider and have been very happy with the grip and the wear. Rear tire usually lasts about 12k+ and they good in the wet.
wow I did not expect this much feed back. I have been thinking that I might have another underlying issue that is causing my *** end to wander. But then again I have alot of grooved freeways around me which might be causing my Dunlops to wander also. I am not a fan of the price of the metzlers but hey they are tires and very important for safety.
