Default what will fit? wheel sizes

after looking at some of the pictures boskin has been posting this bike in particular

I think I am going to save up for some fat daddy wheels but when i look on their site i see they have a 18 x 5.5" the height is fine i am sure i like the low profile sport tire look. but i am worried that the width will not work. the front rim has the same width issues .5 inches wider than stock rim. but if i go with a 21 in front they have an option for a 3" width.

so if any one has any insight on this i would be great full for the help thank you!

I have on my bike 18"x5.5" rear with 200/50-18 No problem with the width of rim or tire BUT the big issue I had was the wider HUB... my new hub was 1" wider than stock and that my friend was a biaaatch to fit. (other spacers, belt disc and so on). So just make sure that the NEW wheel has the same HUB width as your current stock version and you´ll be fine!

With The front (120/70-21 tire on a 21"x3" rim) I had the same problem...wider hub than stock, But you should be fine there coz you have the Fat Bob fork, wider than Street Bob...I had to swap out the SB trees to Wide Glide ones...
