It looks like you just get the bracket for your plate and the bolts to do the install! Your taillight should work and your struts.
ya - the price seemed a bit low by HD standards. Figured there was nothing of real value in the kit. The WG strut covers are longer and have an extra hole - probably for mounting the $200 bracket! Replacing the strut covers is a must.
I'm doing the WG fender conversion but piecing it all thogether using HD parts and a fender from ebay. I can say that the struts are $110 each. I know cause I bought them yesterday. The brake light/license braket stuff was another $40 bucks or so. Nuts, bolts, etc... and the entire project including $100 for the fender will have set me back about $400. Gotta watch out for the seat though too. My FXD seat bracket was too short so I had to make a longer one to fit the WG fender.

thanks thomas - I actually have 2 corbin seats - they have a pain-in-the-a$$ mounting system for 04-05 that uses a special mount bracket that bolts to the frame. down side is that it's a pain to swap seats - 10 minutes instead of 30 seconds - up side is that both of my seats will fit with the FXDWG fender since the rear render mount hole is not used.
skip - I know the part number is different for your 07, but are you saying that your kit DID contain the light mount bracket and chrome strut covers??????
