I just did the buy back for a Fat Bob just 3 days ago,
I felt right at home I'm a smaler guy at 5 ft 6 150lbs.
The only thing that is a small challange is parking this thing weighs a bit more than a Sporty so getting them feet all the way down is a must. Ride quality realy is so different I will never look back & will always remember them da** bumps that would make me come off my seat NEVER again......
That superglide is such a good buy. Congrats. When you customize just give her
couple options to choose from that you like, but let her think shes making the
the choices. Then you will have two bikes that you have put together.

LOL, I guess that works too. Just remember that when she let's you buy a big badass TV, and then only lets you watch "What not to wear"... It's kind of the same thing.
I was reading the thread and she walked in "busted". We just got back from her first ride and I asked her if she would like to take the buell out before i locked it up. She said no and walked away, long live the DYNA.
Congrats! My advice would be to make sure you don't "steal" the bike from her. Nothing would be worse for her than giving up her buell so YOU could have another bike. Let her get the accesories that SHE wants and don't reffer to it (at least not in front of her) as "your new toy". If you alienate her from the bike she may decide that motorcycles are coming between the two of you...not good!
Good advice. Although it sounds like someone is speaking from experience? Anyhow.......It's always enjoyable when you both can ride your own bike.
Man that's cool. My wife talks about getting her own but I know it won't happen. She rarely gets on with me let alone thinks about riding anything besides her horses.
Cool! We are working on getting my honey on two wheels. She test drove a scooter yesterday...I was surprised how puckered up I felt thinking about her getting hurt...
