Engine Guard
You don't need to worry about the turns; My pegs hit WAY before the engine guard does. I think the FatBobs look good with the engine guards because they complement the "low and squat" look. So why not try it out on your bike and see what you think?

I don't like the look, but like a helmet, I appreciate the protection it offers. That said, I had one on my Wide Glide and it saved my a$$ when another rider panicked and I had to lay it down at low speed. I bent the bar and haven't reinstalled it yet. I know one of these days I will regret that...
