had the tire mounted and balenanced at harley the wheel is centered in the forks and every thing is tigtened correctly did some serches on here and other forms. Went out had my girl hold the bike level and checked the engine aliment with a small level the front was level with the bike level and the rear was off 3/4 bubble so I am going to try aligien the engine and see if the works but I wont be able to get to it for a couple of days have othere things i need to do. Ill report back if that works to solve the problem.
A tip a read about was that loosen the 4 torx at the triple trees that secure the fork legs...then you remount the front wheelaxle and bolt, check the spacers so they are tight (between forks and bearings) tighten wheel axle, than tighten the four torks again. Measure the upper parts on the forklegs so the distance is the same above the top tree..

I have a wide glide front end from a 1999 and it dont have pinch bolts on the top. The forks upper bolt down to the top tree so it does not move up or down like the 06 and up trees do.
I am going to do the whole alignment process over again and see if that solves the problem. I know the rear is not vertical with the front so doing the engine alignment might solv the whole problem. I had a slight wobble from the old wheel too but did not get to ride it much before it was to cold to do so.
ok I got it fixed come to find out the dust cover on the bottom bearing was bent and getting hung on the lip of the neck. So I was not able to tighten the stem adjustment nut correctly. It was getting in a bind so when i thought it was the correct adjustment it would bend the dust cover more and loosen up which caused me to get the slow speed wobble. Working great now. rode it most of the day yesterday and today.
