I see alot of seats out there, but hard to get a good idea what they look like on an 09 Bob since the style is kinda new and most manufacturers don't feature pics with their seats on them. Considering the new look of the rear fender, everything tends to look a bit different than on an 08 and earlier or any other bike in the Dyna range.
Would be a cool and useful thread to see owner's pice with anything from replacement solo seats to passenger pillions to 2 up seats and cobra seats.
I think a thread like this would be very helpful to any new 0-9 FXDB owners.
Let the posting begin!?
Posters please list make and model of seats with all pics......
Yeah, I’d love to see a Mustang Vintage Solo on a ’09. Had one on my Nightster and loved it. I really dig the stock ’09 seat’s looks, but just can’t take much more than an hour on it without a stop. It looks like it would be more comfortable than that, but it gets to me a bit before too long.

Yeah, not a fan of the feel of the stock seat either, seems to get me at the base of the spine after a while..
I did go with the Harley "Stripper Seat " but it was uncomfortable , I then went with a 2007 Super Glide Custom stock seat ( Ribbed ) and love it ! I do not have a photo of my bike on the forum with that seat yet , i'm sure there is a Super Glide Custom stock seat still on someone's bike here on the forum so you can see it...
I actually like the stock seat - BUT, I've only had the bike for 2 days and only 2 rides under my belt (bringing her home from dealer and yesterday put on maybe 25 miles cruising local roads).
