Default Identify Dyna Pipes

I have a 1996 Dyna Wide Glide I bought used. The pipes that were on it are not H-D. I was told they were V&H, but after talking with them, they told me definitely not. One of the heat shield mounts has broken off and if welded, it would of course ruin the chrome. I have been unable to identify the maker of the pipes so that I can chase down a replacement shield. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please check the picture if you could help...Bob

With that being a carbed evo, that could just be a simple set of drag pipes. I remember drags being a dime a dozen. Are there any markings on the backside of the pipes?

Also, get the mount welded and then get the heat shield rechromed. No big deal.
