Does anyone have any preference to lay down tail lights? When I got one for my sporty years back the incandescent light bulb melted the lens. Anyone have a solution besides converting to LED?

This is what I got, but it's not really my preference. I bought it because it was cheap. It did come with an LED bulb that fits the standard socket, but it's not really bright enough.

I'll probably eventually get the Kuryakin one. When I get the money.

Doesn't say it will fit a dyna but the price is right and I don't see why it wouldn't fit I don't think there is much difference in the tail light

not that my opinion matters, but I think your 'glide is nicely done. Please don't ruin it with apehangers that got crap hanging off the grips.

Not to worry. My flat-tracker bars are perfect. I'm one of the minority that does NOT like apehangers... but I do try to be polite about it.

Started life as a 75 FXE I bought new, off the showroom floor. Four years later Harley introduced the Lowrider so the FXE became my version of the Lowrider. Assembled in the livingroom/garage and painted hanging from the back porch.

My "new" Superglide: Apes, forward controls and exhaust. Otherwise, haven't really started the process yet. I am not sure about wanting to keep the apes, yet. Willing to give them a chance, though.
