It's the quarter-fairing from a Night Rod. The Night Rod's headlight is the exact same part as on the Super Glide, so the mounting kit fit perfect.
It's just a big plastic cup that goes onto the back of the headlight, then you screw through that into the fairing. It kind of sandwiches the headlight. You also need a rubber grommet that goes around the inside edge of the fairing, and cushions against the headlight.
If you have the same speedo mounting as mine, you'll also have to cut a slot to clear it. I cut mine with a Dremel Moto Tool.

here it is. Don't bust my ***** too much. I know she's not customized yet, but I ride my bikes. will customize durring the winter months, starting after x-mas. This is my first trek into Harley, been riding all my life, always wanted a Harley. This year on my B-day,6/6, my wife called me at work and asked, " How soon will you be home?" I replied, " 5 oclock or so,Why?" She said," That Harley you were drooling al over this weekend is ready for you to pick up. But you will have to trade in your Aero." just finished adding the black powder coated fork lowers,console,and horn along with Progressive 11" 412 shocks and their 2" drop in front kit. And my girlfriend got me the Danny Grey Buttcrack solo for Christmas,love it !! It's getting there just takes time and money and I don't ever have enough

Bought my 08 SG back in june. Its come along way in less than a year but has alot more to come. This is my first Harley and I have really enjoyed not only riding but working on it as well. So far I have managed to do everything myself and only thing I plan to let someone else do is tires.
