My new (to me) 03 FXD anniversary edition

Picked her up from the original owner a month ago. Stock 88 with dealer installed screamin eagle II mufflers and air intake along with all the anniversary package badging. So far I've put on a set of Rivco handlebar risers (not shown), a fresh set of metzler 888's to replace the stock dunlops, and im going to be picking up a mustang 2 up wide touring seat tomorrow.

How about some good pics of the bike with the Rivco Risers.

Nice clean bike - great find - and welcome to FXD madness!

For the person who wanted some shots of the rivco risers, im throwing a few on here. I think i paid right around 130 bucks for them on amazon. Yes i know theres cheaper pullback risers out there, but i wanted the speedo in the normal stock position and this seemed to be the best option short of fabbing up a special bracket. They were pretty heavy, chrome seems to be good quality. The only mod i had to do was move the clutch cable to the outside of the handlebars to avoid rubbing on the tank. Im 5'10 and with the stock risers i was not only reaching over the tank but my arms were almost straight out. I was getting back pain and numbness in the throttle hand pretty quick. With these im sitting straight up, no leaning over the tank with my arms in a more comfortable position with just enough bend in the elbow for me to be comfortable. I still get some numbness, but i go much longer now before it sets in. I think a throttleboss or crampbuster should take care of the issue.

Btw, thanks everyone for all the comments on her. I came from a 1200 roadster that i hated parting with but it was just simply killing my back. I initially wanted an 07 or newer glide or a clean fxdx but I went out and looked at this one on craigslist on a whim and after i saw it i knew i was bringing it home. I liked the anniversary edition badging and color scheme more than i thought i would when i actually saw it in person. 2400 miles on it when i picked it up last month, it was literally a new bike.
