Default '08 - '09 Superglide

Does anyone know if the MoCo went to a thicker fork tube on the '09 Superglide? A friend dropped by the other day with an '09 and they visually looked thicker, and wider as well. I did the finger measurement and they definitely felt thicker.

That has been a part on my bike I have been wanting to change. They just look a little small to me. If they made them thicker and wider it looks like another upgrade will be in order...lol.

They are the same, no big changes like that were made between model years. In fact, as far as I know, the only thing that is different are paint/emblem-decal options.

I think the fork envy allegation was correct.
