I have a buddy with a 04 superglide and he is switching his bars to 14in. apes. What size cables are need, the ones the dealer sold him are the same size as his stock ones, seems wrong to me.

the only way to really know is to put them on and measure

If he had mini apes(10")to begin with then you wont need new cables,I had minis on mine and had to tweak the front brake line some but everything else worked good.
