I just did a front turn signal relocation with Drag Specialities part 2020-0347. This same kit can be found in the JP Cycle book also. If you do a search on this forum lots of write ups on this subject. I didn't get the HD one due to it sticking out so bad. I almost did the same thing but quite a few people had mentioned this issue on here. Of coarse to each his own as well.
I used the existing hardware to relocate the front signals. It's in the 'under $50' thread. Only thing you have to do is drill the hole out to 3/8" so it can accept the pinch bolt.
you will need the following if you want to use the original mounting bolts to the turn signals
2-5/16" lock washers
2-5/16" ss flat washers
2-5/16" nylon washers

Ok so does the J.P. Cyles and or Drag Specialties Kit work on a 2009 FXDC?????

Really like the looks of this method just want to be clear that it will work with the 09.
