Default New Wheels Installed - Finally!

I just went and picked up my bike. Got the rims swapped out for chromed fxd mags, 10k service with amsoil synthetic in all holes, and state inspection. I'm ready to ride - just in time for another cool snap LOL.

My digital camera is dead and photobucket is down. Will try to post some pix below. Taken with cell phone so pics don't do justice and it's cloudy out so no bling off the chrome. Will take some more and better ones when I can.

Editing to add pics - restarted router to get to photobucket.

Bike with wheels installed:

Front wheel with polished rotor:

Rear wheel pulley side:

Rear wheel polished rotor:

New wheels fresh out of the box:

Photo post won't work with other site. Here is a link to the album for now, if you are interested.

Those wheels look sick, they look like custom wheels once they are chromed.
Waiting to wear the rubber down on mine so i can ship 'em to get chromed.
Looks good. Bet they were worth the wait.

I don't want to register on that site either but I do want to see your wheels. Photobucket is working fine for me right now.

Sorry guys, for some reason I had to restart my internet router to get to some websites I thought were just down - photobucket being one of them. Not sure what was up with that. Edited original post to add pix. Between the sun not shining and using a cell phone for the pix, these really don't do much justice.

Other mods will have to wait for more money. Not sure if I want to chrome or PC black the lower sliders. Also, not sure if I want to dress up the calipers or put chrome ones on. I like blending black with chrome so I'll think on it a while - at least until I win the lottery.

Being an I.T. guy, your router has a small buffer and occassionally gets cluttered. Only way to clear it is to reboot the router. I do mine once a month whether it needs it or not. Rebooting that is.

Whoops...almost forgot. Nice wheels.
