Default Eastern Performance Cycles - Excellent Service..!!

As part of my 15,000 mile service on my 2007 FXDC, I am going to replace the brake pads. I decided upon the Lyndall Racing Brakes 7195-Z Plus pads. I ordered them yesterday (April 7) from Eastern Performance Cycles in Gambrills, MD (http://www.easternperformance.com/). The price was $42.95 per set and I got two sets for a total of $85.90. Shipping was FREE. I live in central New Jersey. The brake pads arrived today - UPS Ground is apparently very fast from that part of Maryland to central NJ. I say that because I used Eastern Performance one time before, and I also got the part in one day via UPS Ground. Excellent Service!!

What makes Eastern Performance even more exceptional in this particular case, is that if I had driven 6 miles to my nearest Harley dealer, the stock, OEM brake pads would have cost me $83.90 for two sets AND $5.87 in NJ sales tax for a total of $89.77. So, I got superior brake pads for $3.87 cheaper than stock (if I had ordered them from say Chicago, HD - the shipping charges would have eaten up the savings).

Just my $.02 worth on a good vendor experience.

Richard...

Not hard to believe. I have dealt with them several times and each time the price was good and my item was shipped the same day I ordered it. I'm a little further away so it takes 2 days to get to me but that's much better than others I have dealt with.

Agreed, they're a great vendor with good prices, great customer service and fast, free shipping. I've ordered a number of things from them and being in MD as well I usually get next day delivery from them on UPS ground.

+1 on their service. I bought my pcIII from them. I didn't care that it came without a custom map (ie fuelmoto). I was looking for best price and they were right there. I wanna say it was around $285-$289. Shipping took a bit longer to SC but I had it within 5 bus. days. They responded to emails quickly.

If I was shopping for parts I'd definitely use them again.

I won't say anything bad but I've ordered 4 things from them and 3 of the 4 times the service was awesome the other time it wasn't that the service was bad as much as the service was lacking... Long story short I talked to 2 people before I got on the phone with the owner and the 2 day aired the exhaust to me.... Thanks to the owner.... but overall i say 8 or 9 out of 10...
