Have the same set-up. They are great took some time getting them adjusted. Highly recommend them

I like these HD Airfoil collection heel rests. Unfortunately they don't have a brake pad in the same series, but the Stealth pad is pretty close. Adding any heel rest is the next best thing to having floorboards.

The only drawback for me would be that I can't find a heel-toe shifter that will work in conjunction with the heel rests.

got these too. Very comfortable. Significant difference. Powdercoated mine black.
