Default Front end question

I have a 2005 Super Glide and want to change the tree and forks. I was thinking of a 5 degree rake and 6 over forks. Can anyone tell me if that is the right amount to keep the bike relatively level? Or which way do I need to go? Any help is appreciated. I'd like to see a photo of one that has been modified.
Thanks,
Bruce
