Nah........I would say you do have a custom chopped fender. Just need to move that dang license plate is all. You made it work out really well.
You did an outstanding job on that project!! And ... your method of pulling parts together to make it work is pretty damned smart. Hell ...all the MOCO does is mix parts around and change the name from time to time. Great job!!
