In mine I carry my insurance and registration and a cable lock. I also use it as a charging station for my cellphone, and it doubles as my battery tender pigtail:

Not really. If they wanted to put their heal in the spot where it sits than maybe. But It doesnt stick out into the foot area.

Pure Luck, ebay...New with tags.
I paid the tag price, $129.
I have another one that I never got around making a mounting bracket for. Now that I have a new one, I might make a bracket and list it on ebay.

I had one on a 1999 Convertible. Great little bag and I had so much stuff in there. I also had another tool kit at the bottom of the downtubes on the frame. That was also a very handy tool. Both tool kits were OEM official harley stuff.
