Anyone have an idea on what setting the bike comes with from the factory??

I have mine set on 1. Weight about 170. With my new seat it's smooth as a dirtbike. I would suggest experiment til you like it.

195lbs, set at 3. 2 was too bouncy for me solo. 3 is borderline with my wife on the back, so I'm thinking about leaving it at 4 all the time. Haven't really noticed any harshness in the ride at all.
