Default Pics from 103 build
This was my first time doing any real motor work to my bob. I installed SE 103c.i. cylinders, flat top pistons and Andrews 37H cams.

Here are some pics of the process.

cam chest




stock cams, chain drive


New Andrews 37H chain drive cams.


New cylinders and pistons installed


lower rockers, push rods installed


Rocker arms and breathers


Just need to install Air cleaner


Over all the install went smooth, now I just need to put some miles on her then get it dyno tuned.

Nice, I can't wait to someday rip into my motor. The motor looks good with the polished finns on the cylinders and all black heads.

Good work. Did you check your deck height or pinion runout I'm just curious as to what typical measurements people are seeing.

Keep us posted on how you like the setup. Nice.

Thanks Adrian. I spent about 4 hours tearing the motor down and another 8 taking my time building it back.
