I am kinda partial to what I prefer, do the back also.
As Joe said, be aware of the 16" rear rim issue. If you need help with that, let me know, done it already.
Lookin sick! gonna be killer with that seat done. Great Job
I'm on the fence on this one, if you put the whitewall on the back you will loose the top portion in the rear fender, I'm trying to visualize the effect.
First, thanks all for your input. Helps to get others opinions on mods sometimes. Not always. Like the bottle opener. Love it, but most people hate it. That's what makes it my bike. Guess I gotta order that other Avon now. Anyone need a stock 17" rear tire? I'll have one for the cost of shipping in a few weeks.
Stanger, I have a 16" rim off a softtail. Looks like I should be able to relace it to my hub and run it on the rear. What did you do with yours? I think the Avons only come in 150 width so a wider rim is not an issue.
That is one VERY nice looking scoot. For my taste I might put a whitewall on the back, might not.
I would leave the seat black with the silver tins on either side.
The WW looks really good, but I am also on the fence on this one. I think the WW will give it a little more "oldsckool" look, but I also think the bike looks excellent with the tires you have now.
