A little help with minor problem - brake side foot peg
I have had my heel rests on for about a week. Last night on my way home from work the brake side peg+heel rest pivoted towards the ground. I can twist it back up but as soon as i put some pressure on the heel rest it pivots back down. I have included pics so you can see what I am talking about. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?
I could probably pivot the shifter side heel rest down by rotating the heel rest on to different splines but I dont think the set screw really has that much play. Plus I think it is pretty comfortable as is.
Pull off the peg from the forward control. There is a torx bolt holding the brake assembly together. Tighten it up. Tighten very tight.
Refrain from putting all your weight on the stirrup.

I think that will do it. I remember seeing that torx bolt when I was putting them on. Thanks for your help.
Ohhh who makes those, i've been looking for a black set!!!
Info if you can please..

I found a good deal on a chrome set and then had them powdercoated. Thought about just painting them myself but asked a local powdercoater and he did them for 20 bucks.
I have the same problem, it's the peg mount that is loose. You need a long torx bit to get at it though, a standard one will not fit. Red loctite maybe??
Those heel rests look identical to my HD ones except mine are chrome.
