Does anyone know what this is?

I pulled a part nunber off my speedo diag following a error code. The code was 1351 and no prob there but the part # is 32384-06, trying to find out what this part is.

Was the # P1351??

Here is what happened, When i went to leave work and i tried cranking the bike up it wouldnt start, it would turn over but no run, I soon discovered that the fuel pump was not running so i began to check fuses and such and found that the system relay was not making contact,so with a little thump to the side, it fired up. I made it home and pulled the ralay and found that it had rust coming out from inside so i got a new one. The error code came up when i was cranking on it at work and showed the part # that apperently is the ECM flash or something. With the new relay, she seems to run fine and i cleared the code out but was concerned about the #32384-06.
