i want to modify the rear end of my bike by removing tail light and license plate. instead, i want to install a side license plate mount and convert signal lights to run/brake/signal.
is that possible for 09 FXDB. i couldn't find any aux running light conversion kit for this model.
your signals are dual purpose. Running and turn so the module wont work. Leave them alone and just add a sidemount plate with a brake light on it. But wont you have a big hole in your fender from the stock brake light?

my bike is of European specs; the signals are yellow and only working for signals.
i need my bike to llok exactly like the one in your signature
Alright then, you will need red 1156 bulbs, smoke lenses, and a run turn stop module. Oh and a sidemount bracket off ebay. Try road6 customs, its like $20.00! The module comes with red sig lenses. Just did not care for the look.

I ordered the Road6custom side mount plate, make sure you get the 1 inch diameter to fit on you axle. I also wanna to remove my Sparto but apparently with the '09 there is a hole in the fender that need to be covered up, not the 3 holes that can be plugged, I seen some Rocker guys use tank emblem to do this looks pretty good.
