Rust already?
So I have had my bike now for a couple years, it’s made it through some rain storms, and like any other owner I do washed it. I noticed that there are some inconspicuous places developing some rust. Is there a way to prevent this from happening anymore or is this something a Rider just has to live with. Can it be prevented? If so how?

I've been caught in the rain a few times, and the first thing I do is wash it! I love the look of chrome and with the amount I have, I'm kinda forced into cleaning & waxing all the time. The main thing is to keep the chrome clean & waxed! What I do is, 1. wash the bike good, get everywhere possible, 2. rinse the bike off good, then rinse it off again, 3. I use a leaf blower to blow dry the bike, this gets all the tight spots, 4. wipe down the bike with a quick detailer. 5. about once a month I use a good quality wax and do the whole bike. What I like to use, Turtle Wax Ice car wash, Lucas slick mist(quick detailer). Meguiar's tech wax 2.0 paste, micro fiber towels.
