Here's an educated guess at what parts I can kinda see of your pic and their cost:

SE Heavy Breather $233.88
V&H big radius 2-2 $600.00
(will need a tuner ~320) $320.00
new wheels $1,600.00
headlight $200.00
chrome side covers $130.00
lepera bare bones seat $185.00
smoked tailight and turn signals $100.00
layback license plate $40.00
forward controls $295.00
fully covered rear shocks (progressive?) $220.00
bars, 4" pullback risers, cables $275.00

right about 4200 in parts only, not counting shipping.

Just a rough guess. If you have someone else do it, you will come close to doubling that amount.

My mechanic called it crack on wheels. I have an 07 and it has been in the shop for mods almost as much as it has been on the road.

Yep, your are in for the trip of a lifetime!!! It will run your wallet dry, but keep you smiling for years. I know what your gonna say, "Ok, I will just do this and this, then I am done." Ya ok, every other month since July of 06 I have said something like this until after saying that about 10 times, I just gave up and now say "It is and will never be done." I have a budget item each month labled Bike Toys, which has its own saving account and that supplies the addiction to change. Hell, I have had some things that last year I changed, then this year I changed those again!!! So it never really ends, like a black hole it just keeps changing with no end in sight! But in the end, it is always worth it. Enjoy the trip (Ride).

I thought a Mod was some kind of British group that wheeled around on scooters back in the day.
