Got to looking at my tires real close today got 150/80/16 rear 90/90/21 front was gonna replace the rear tire this week anyway but upon
looking at the front tire that has 6000 mile and 15 months old it id
dry rotted real bad. I am going back to the dunlops and this will be the
last set of metzelers. Had metzelers on my 2001 vulcan classic and they
cupped real bad. Anyone else had this kind of luck with Metzelers???

I run the ME 880s on the Road Glide, Dyna and Street Rod. Seem to work fine.
If your have dry rot, they may have been old when you purchased them....what is the manufacture date (on the tire)?
It's either that or you live in a very humid climate. Dry rot is not brand specific.

I have had my Metzelers on my chopper for almost three years now, they are working great for me. I will buy them again fo sho.
