I want to know, its been about 4 months or so since you did this. How has it held up??
Im REALLY thinking about doing this to mine. Im going dark, and this would save the money of buying new primary etc.

I've really been thinking about doing this to my wifes bike too. She likes the blacked out look and I thought it would be a good surprise for her for when she gets home next July from the military. I have really been thinking hard about throwing an FL front end on it and just trying to black out the entire bike. Maybe try to make like a mini bagger for her.
