The Prep for painting begins! NEW PICS
I went out and got all this stuff!
I took off all the parts that I could!
I ended up with all this!
Now it's time to clean it all up real good. Then I'll tape it all up and spray.
I'll do some more tonight and try to get it painted by tomorrow then Monday evening I'll untape and clean it up and Tuesday I'll put all my parts back on.... I will post more pics as I go and when it's done.

OK it's painted......
Not sure if I'm OK about it right now, kinda nervous about the whole thing....
Anybody know if the fins have to be cleaned? Is there a reason that they are not power coated..... I was think about leaving them black!!

If you want to leave them black you are fine. The 09 street bob comes with black fins.
