Kudos to a Dealer
We see a lot of threads and posts describing nightmare experiences with the local "stealer" but I've got to put one in for the good guys. Brought my FXDC in on a busy Friday with a potentially very dangerous wheel bearing issue. Service writer stopped what he was doing and immediately took a look and got it into the service bay. I'm not a weekend warrior and depend on my Harley almost every day to get to work and everywhere else. They got me back on the road by noon the next day. Warranty issue so no charge and no hassle. Hammond Harley-Davidson in Hammond, Louisiana deserves the credit, so although I thanked you in person, if you see this you know who you are!

This is why I drive to Fife when I need something.
It is good to hear good comments about dealers who deserve credit where credit is due. Sooo many posts about a dealer doing someone wrong and its great to see the other side of the coin.

Great I bet you were feeling good when you got her back! I have to say that HD Montreal always helps me out too though not many of you come out this way all that often. But if your ever in town and need a fix they are the best in the area , and the only ones on the island of Montreal.
