If you ride aggressivly; the best choice. If you just wanna cruise; suspension can be set up for one of the plushest rides available.....just please don't ask how to lower it 14"...that would mean you bought the wrong bike.

Thanks to all for the replies an input. I have the suspension set up for cruising and it is very smooth, glides over RR Tracks and small bumps that would have rattled my teeth on the Sportster. I grew up in SE Oh off state rt 164 which many say is one of the best bike routes in the state and I'm looking forward to a trip. I've read about the TruTrac but I don't know anyone who has tried it, gotta sell my Sportster before I can buy more stuff.
