I ordered a tach 3 weeks ago... back ordered until August. When I ordered it they said 5 days... Maybe because I ordered the black faced one. Yours looks good, agree that they should be standard on all the bikes, but like stated above, probably didn't so they could charge more to put one on.

Nice... I'm planning to add the same style tach to my Fat Bob this summer. How was the install?

tach was on the sale table for $130, but the cup and bracket added another $120. dealer owed me a favor from a previous f'up so they did the install for free. a goober did the install so it shouldn't be that hard. two wires and a fuse.

I've always kinda bought into the theory that you can ride hard and shift by ear. I set the shift light (which is really bright) for 4500 and now the engine seems like a whole different bike. If you shift right on the money you can haul ***. loving it.
