Default Rush mod./cranking

I installed the Rush 2.0 slip ons a week ago on my Fat bob. They sound great ,but I have noticed that the motor is having to roll over longer before it fires off even to the point of running the battery down once.Has any one had this happen after muffler change? It does not seem to be getting the fuel to fire off.Do I need anothe rmod to correct this?

Do you wait until engine light turns off to start the bike? Any other fuel mods (sert sest PC)?

No other mods ,only the slip ons.I let the engine light go out and the fuel pump quit before starting.

Turn the key on and fire it right up. You don't have to wait. Mine started alot better this way. Will wait and see now after I put my motor back together.

I didn't notice any starting changes when I put my rush on. Did you by any chance bump a sensor or wire? Could it be the fuel, and the muffler change is just a coincidence?

Unlikely your rush would effect engine starting.Cranking 'till the batt almost dies that ain't right at all.I would check my plugs and air cleaner first thing.also try what thedonthere suggested a few people find easier starting that way.nothing wrong with that I've seen the HD teks do it right after telling me not to! HaHa they don't wanna wait either!
