DAYUM!!! They did away with the bobtail fender and they upped the rear tire stock to a 180. I knew they were gonna use the fat bob frame. Now you can get a FXDF fender and use the tri-bar. Coooool. I was hoping they may up the displacement to a stock 103 but you can't have everything. They took the mini-apes off. I keep finding stuff. lol Sorry Fatbob owners but I can't get into that 2-1-2 exhaust.
I might have to consider a trade-in.
I just saw the rear end..... awesome.
Is it me or do the trees look beefier? Stupid handlebars. Yuck. APES!!!! AND!!! we get a full rear fender again...they got rid of that POS plastic crap.

Sorry, I am a bit disappointed, but happy at the same time. Im happy because I am definately keeping my Wide Glide. I always felt the WideGlide was the best model made, but this new one is NOT a WG. Sorry.
Its a WideBob, or a FatGlide, not a WG.
They also cut some big costs since its starting under $15499. The FatBob is higher priced at $15999.
The older WideGlides MSRP was around 18K if I remember right.

Its a cool bike though!!!
I fully agree here....It is a nice bike....Just not a WG.
The new Wide Glide looks like it was assembled as an after thought, with left over parts from the Street Bob and the Fat Bob. I think that the older models look much better. I will be keeping mine.
Wtf! Doesn't anyone like chrome any more? Put the mini apes, and bob tail fender back on, chrome every thing, put the seat on the fat bob,and then you can call it a wg. AND WHAT HAPPEND TO THE LOW RIDER
It's nice but in my eyes, NOT a WG. At least I know that one day, my current WG will be a "classic", one handed to my kids after I am gone because I will never sell it. Maybe buy another but never get rid of my current one. A Harley collection is no good if you only have one!!!
