FYI, HD discontinued the silver faced tach that matches the speedo, so that tach may be hard to find (and why it and its part number is not currently listed as an accessory on HD's on-line FatBob page). I don't have the HD part numbers handy for the bracket. There are a number of other options, however.
Wonder what happens when a fatbob CVO tach fails and HD needs to replace it....

go to your harley dealer and get a parts catalog.Go to page 634 and pick out a tach.68986-04 would match your speedo.Page 635 has your gauge housings.page 637 has your mounting bracket 67268-06b.Good luck and enjoy!
I did the dual speedo/tach combo
Got it on Ebay for about $125 bucks, the dealer reset the mileage for me to match for free and off I go, Love it and best part I can change the face color to over 600 colors to match my bike

You got that for $125??? If I send you some cash, would you go buy me a bunch of lottery tickets 'cause you are ONE LUCKY SOB! Harley lists those suckers for like $500!
Had my local parts guy price me out a CVO tach...he came back well over $600 plus installation. Did my best to not laugh in his face.
If you go back through the posts over the last year or so you will find many HD combo units developed problems. Seems like a 50/50 chance. Separate gauges seem to be reliable, however.
The CVO billet bracket is costly, but there are others that fit that are ~$50. If you thing you will switch to some kind of pull back riser in the future, the angle of the tach will change and may end up being awkward.
There are vendors (and dealers) that seem to indicate that they have the HD mini tach, but will cancel the order when they find out they can't get them. There are a lot of brackets and cups arround, however, so just be aware that if you aren't carful you could end up with $200 in brackets and no tach to mount in it.
I've been looking at the baron's bullet tach that mounts to the 1 1/4 bar, seems to be a decent product. Personally I don't like a digital tach, but those have a lot of mounting options.

You're right... the silver faced tach is hard to find. I had to call a bunch of dealers before I found one this week. Here are the parts:
