Are AC Covers interchangeable?
I was wondering if I can put a low rider air cleaner cover on my WG and replace the football?
It is stage one so I have the SE backing installed.
Will the Low Rider cover fit?

Are you talking about a older round Low Rider cover?
Yes it should fit since you have the SE backing plate, but you may need the gasket for it, I needed it for the Nostalgic Cover I used.

what shape is your backing plate... the 08 SE filter kit comes with tear drop shaped backing plate, and the filter is shaped similar. you will not be able to mount a round a/c cover if thats the case. if you have a round backing plate and round filter... you can pretty much mount any a/c cover you wish, if they mount with one center bolt.

+1+1 I'm in the process of my stage 1 and I'm swapping out the football for the round SE filter and backing plate. I'm still in a search for a cover that I really like. I have the plain chrome on from HD that I will pou on for now.
