What was wrong with the forwards you had?

He pulled them back to match the new position with his new bars. He is sitting in a new forward and more agressive position.

PS - +1 on dropping the tank lift.

Probably just because of the new riding position, but daaaaaaaamn I just LOVE it! So much more fun then before.
Mids rock man.. Must handle wicked paired with the new bars..

Looks super!!! i always regret that I installed forwards on my old Bob.. First thing I did on the latest sporty, removed the forwards and installed mids.

Great going! Frisco Style rules

I've always had forwards until I got the SB....I couldn't afford to put them on right away when I bought it so just ran with mids and hiway pegs.....felt a bit cramped for the first little while butI was surprised that I got used to it real fast and I now am totally sold on the mids. I feel so much more in control of the bike and its actually more comfortable than the forwards - I rarely if ever use the hiway pegs.....mids rule.

Love them mids.

My scoot came with forwards and drag bars, a silly and awkward combination (aggressive hands matched with laid-back feet), went to mids and haven't looked back. Had them on my low-rider too.

Ya know, I NEVER understood why the night rod special came with forwards. It really doesn't make sense.

Anyway, thanks for the replies fella's. I'm sure it will take some time to get adjusted for some of ya, but it'll settle in soon enough! (its OK DSnoopy! )

I'm going to remove the tank lift today to see how it looks. I'll post a before and after for you guys to help me decide.
