I have mixed opinions about the lift. I've been on the fence for a while now about buying 1 for my scoot. BUT, on yours....no lift is the better mod.....or non-mod.....it looks better without it!

I think it looks better without the lift. I've got one on mine but I've also got 2 inch risers which makes a difference. I'm thinking of getting rid of the lift on my bike now but I'll keep the risers.

Looks better without the lift. Has anyone very put a oil temperature, LCD in the there Oil and measured, the temp with and without the lift? I have my doubts that it has much cooling effect.

Im not sure the lift actually does help with cooling but logic would say so. I also like it because I can get in there and clean the top of the front rocker without tearing my hand up. Also...whats the point of having that nice chunk of chrome (rocker cover) and have it hidden by the tank sitting on top of it.

Great point! You paid for the flash, might as well show it off!

Well fortunately for me, my rocker covers are brushed aluminum colored, so they look like craaaaaaaap!

Another vote for no lift. I like the lower profile, smashed down look.

And with the lift..

I never really cared for the tank lifts. I think they look kind of cheezy. Your bike looks pretty badazz.

i just made a 2" lift for my bike but i noticed that getting it on was kinda difficult due to the crossover hose on the bottom of the tank and the wiring on top of the tank. what's the highest you can go without changing **** out? 2"? can you fit a 3" lift on there?
