I got used chrome HD adjustable highway peg kit with included pegs from eBay for 50 bucks. Had the main section powder coated today to match the bike frame. Cost for powder coating was 24 bucks (same day pickup). As you can see in the pic, it blends real nicely with the bike. Of course, I do plan to replace the pegs to something more decent. For now I am happy!

Question for Low Rider owners, Your stock highway pegs, is all the parts black or is there a part that is chrome?

I'm doing the same on my Bob...Lucille. Just order J&P highway pegs and will get them powdercoated. Mako. BTW, looks awesome![&o[sm=crossbonesgif.gif]

The horizontal piece that the peg bolt goes thru is chrome.

I'm going with forward controls as soon as I get the stage 1 thing done. 6'2" and the mids are absolutely worthless.
I am actually getting used to shifting with my heel.
